No, you are fully legal to drive the motorhome on a normal category B driving licence.

Yes we allow up to 2 dogs per booking, if you have more than 2 dogs please contact us.

Yes, the motorhome has its own kitchen and bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. It is also fitted with a heating system.

Yes where possible we will try to amend your booking.

If you have an accident, please notify us by telephone immediately. The excess fee of £1,000 is charged for any insurance claims. You must also get names, addresses and insurance details of third parties – and particulars of any witnesses. 

Finally fill in your accident claim form and report the event to the nearest police station. 

Yes, you are fully comprehensively insured for driving during your agreed hire period, whilst following our T&C’s.

Anyone over the age of 23 and under the age of 75.

The insurance covers you for up to 3 separate drivers.

We will try to be flexible to suit your needs but we aim for;

Pick-up: 11am – 12noon
Drop-off: 11am – 12noon

We are located at;

Water Lane Farm, Water Lane, Tarbock, Prescot, L35 1RD.

Prior to the commencement of any hire the we must:

a) Inspected the driving licence of the hirer and any other permitted driver.

b) Be satisfied that the hirer and any driver;

i) are not under the age of 23 or over 75 years of age.

ii) has held a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years.

iii) has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.

iv) has not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.

v) has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.

vi) has not obtained a BA, DD or UT conviction


c) The insured vehicle shall only be let out on hire to a person who has signed and
completed a rental agreement or the hirer/driver proposal for each period of….

d) The insured shall have completed , prior to releasing vehicle, identity checks
including copies of all drivers licences, 2 utility bills dated within three months
of the hire and the deposit being taken by a clear and traceable means such as
a debit or credit card. The name and address on your licence must match both documents.

Yes we have a minimum hire of 7 nights

Yes we charge a security deposit of £1500 for UK hirers and £1700 for EU hirers – which is paid via credit card before collection. 

This deposit is held incase of any costs arriving a a result of an accident, parking or penalty notice, damage or failure to comply with our T&C’s. If there are no insurance claims outstanding, the money will be returned to you within 10 working days of the vehicle being returned to us.

Yes we charge a non-refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking. Once this has been paid your booking will be confimred.

You can pay your deposit for your booking using a credit or debit card. 

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the date your collecting the motorhome. If you haven’t paid your balance in time, we will have to cancel your booking and you will loose your deposit. 

Please contact us as soon as possible. 

If you have to cancel your holiday once you have made the balance payment, we will do our best to re-hire the vehicle and refund the balance payment.

If we can’t rehire the motorhome in time, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the total hire charge if you cancel between 4-6 weeks of collection. Or 100% of the total hire charge if you cancel within 4 weeks of collection.

Yes, subject to the approval of our insurers. You will need to present an international driving permit, passport in addition to your driving license. 

Yes, baby and child seats can be used in our vehicles, although we do not supply them. 

Please note these seats must be suitable for being secured by a seatbelt, as ISOFIX and ISIZE car seats are not compatible with our vehicles. 

Yes, you can bring your bikes with you as we have a built in bike rack fitted to our motorhomes. 

No – all our motorhomes are strictly non-smoking.

No, this is not permitted due to insurance limitations.

Yes, you can take your motorhome to Europe. Mileage allowance is 15oo miles per week and additional mileage can be purchased in mileage bundles.

Please note our insurance is only valid in countries that are part of the EU. 

In the unlikely event that you break down, please notify us by phone. Our insurance includes breakdown cover, so you can be back on the road as quickly as possible. 

Yes you do.

You are responsible for fuelling during the hire, in additional you must return the motorhome with a full tank of diesel.

If you are going to be late returning the vehicle please notify us straight away. We reserve the right to charge a late return fee of £100 per hour, to cover any costs incurred for extension of your insurance or compensate other holiday makes who may have to wait for the vehicle’s return. 

Please bring;

Your current drivers licence, 2 additional forms of ID that show your address.

Unless we have seen this paperwork, the insurance will not cover you. These should be provided at least 2 weeks prior to collection.
